Sports activities funding agency lands in new Knox Avenue high-rise

Builders of a $155 million Dallas mixed-use challenge have landed extra workplace tenants for the tower.

The 12-story Weir’s Plaza is being constructed on the positioning of the landmark Weir’s Furnishings Retailer on Dallas’ Knox Avenue on the japanese fringe of Highland Park.
