Builders of a $155 million Dallas mixed-use challenge have landed extra workplace tenants for the tower.
The 12-story Weir’s Plaza is being constructed on the positioning of the landmark Weir’s Furnishings Retailer on Dallas’ Knox Avenue on the japanese fringe of Highland Park.
The greater than 500,000-square-foot challenge contains floor flooring restaurant and retail house, a health heart, underground parking and a 28,000-square-foot flagship Weir’s Furnishings Retailer.
Weir’s Plaza is a challenge of Dallas-based 4 Rivers Capital.
Funding agency Arctos Sports activities Companions has simply leased 17,423 sq. toes of workplaces within the high-rise. Based in 2019, Arctos is a personal fairness investor that serves the skilled sports activities trade and sports activities franchise homeowners.
